Launched in 1968 in a vivid array of colors, Danish designer Verner Panton’s iconic Flowerpot Table Lamp has become emblematic of the Flower Power movement of the 60’s and looks as modern today as it was radical then. Panton trained as a painter and then apprenticed with architect and designer Arne Jacobsen before pursuing his own path in furniture and interior design, pioneering the avant-garde use of materials, colors and shapes.
