Verner Panton Flowerpot Portable Lamp

Launched in 1968 in a vivid array of colors, Danish designer Verner Panton’s iconic Flowerpot Table Lamp has become emblematic of the Flower Power movement of the 60’s and looks as modern today as it was radical then. This rechargeable portable model, slightly smaller in size than the original table lamp, is made of lightweight polycarbonate and equipped with a USB charging cable. It is available in a wide range of contemporary colors and is dimmable, bringing a warm glow to indoor and outdoor settings for up to 10 hours when fully charged. Verner Panton trained as a painter and then apprenticed with architect and designer Arne Jacobsen before pursuing his own path in furniture and interior design, pioneering the avant-garde use of materials, colors and shapes.
