Laboratorio Paravicini was founded nearly 30 years ago by Milanese artist Costanza Paravicini with a simple yet ambitious plan: to create beautiful handmade plates and tableware for everyday use. Her elegant brushstrokes bring vibrant scenes to life on ceramic dishes that are then fired and glazed—each plate taking up to ten hours to create. Paravicini works with her daughters, who ensure their mother’s classical designs, rooted in antique imagery, maintain a modern sensibility. The delicate, hand-painted ceramic collections range from historical to whimsical.
