Reed & Barton ‘Harlequin’ Spoons, set of 8

$1,000.00

The renowned Massachusetts silversmith, Reed & Barton, produced the ‘Harlequin’ pattern from 1958 to 1976. The handle of each coffee, tea spoon or serving piece was decorated with one of two dozen finely detailed flowers. This set of eight sterling silver spoons with gold wash bowls includes apple blossom, goldenrod, bachelor’s button, hollyhock, wild rose, tea rose, pansy and forget-me-not. Termed a ‘5 o’clock spoon’, the size makes them appropriate for coffee or tea (served anytime of the day!). Presented in their original box with an illustrated guide to the patterns inside the lid.
