Maker Spotlight: Anūt Cairo
ABOUT THE COLLECTION
We’re delighted to introduce our first Maker Spotlight: Anūt Cairo, a collection rooted in the craft traditions of Egypt.
This past week, we welcomed Anūt founder Goya Gallagher to the cottage for a trunkshow. We spent time learning about the artisans behind the collection and the traditions they carry forward—from the pottery of Fayoum to the textiles of Akhmim.
At its heart, Anūt is a celebration of the human hand and the craftspeople whose centuries-old techniques remain part of everyday life. We’re thrilled to share these pieces with you, and to see the homes and tables they find their way to.
